  • Bunch of kale washed and thoroughly dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt or sea salt

Steps:
1.   How to make crispy kale chips is very easy and just one step procedure.  Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F .  Place the kale leaves on a cutting board and remove the tough ribs so you end up with 2 long and slender leaves for every single original leaf.  Stack the leaves into 2 piles and slice each pile crosswise into 11/2-inch pieces.  Place them on a rimmed baking sheet in an even-layer so the kale doesn’t overlap.  Drizzle with the olive oil, add a generous pinch of salt (take care not to oversalt, the kale shrinks as it bakes and the salt will concentrate), toss to combine and then rearrange in an even layer.
